ZoomTechniques programs offer a safe and effective way for men, women, and children to achieve their fitness goals in a comfortable, non-intimidating environment. With H2's AFFILIATE BOOT CAMPS, PRIVATE TRAINING, AND YOUTH ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE TRAINING results come quickly because you maximize exercise time, follow eating plans, set goals, and have the accountability most people need to stick with an exercise program.
Zoom Techniques’ has been specially designed for youth and focuses on strength and conditioning to incorporate a properly designed and supervised training program that can help young athletes train, compete, and reduce the likelihood of injury.

Classes
Zoom Techniques’ program takes place at the Georgia Octane Sports Facility for elementary, middle, and high school-age students up to 3 days per week, offering students an opportunity to have fun and train with training experts. Our program teaches the correct running form mechanics and speed/agility techniques while infusing the importance of confidence and self-esteem developing a better athlete, and most importantly a better person.

Team/Private Group Training

Must have at least 6 athletes to book:

6-9 athletes $15/athlete

10-15 athletes $12/athlete

All Team/Private Group Training are booked by the Coach of the team and paid thru the team Coach or Organization representative. We require a minimum of 4 sessions for booking as we’d like to give the athletes the best opportunity for success through our training.
